Distinctive for its zesty lemon balm flavour, this delicious strawberry jam has been skilfully created by our chefs using the sweetest, juiciest and freshest regionally sourced strawberries and the leaves from the lemon balm plant. Harvested in summer, the strawberries are processed with great care to produce a jam that is delicious as a breakfast favourite with toast, as an accompaniment to yoghurt, a baking staple or in desserts.
