Created by Françoise Oostwegel, this unique Lamp ZUID is inspired by the most southern province of The Netherlands, Limburg and the associated mining district. Inspiration comes from the formerly used miner’s lamps which have been reinterpreted with geometric shaping created with natural oak and high shine copper interior.

The lamps are crafted at Studio Cedille Design, located in the Wijck district, in the heart of Maastricht and is renowned for its distinctive and unique lighting, furniture and furnishings. Each design has a story to tell and is made with great care, love and attention to detail.
