From May through to July the bees from the Château St. Gerlach hives are busy collecting fresh nectar from the estate gardens to produce delicious golden honey. Amber in colour and soft in texture, it has a sweet taste that reflects the flowers that grow around the estate. A true staple for our chefs, it is a dextrous ingredient with endless possibilities. Add to fresh mint tea, enjoy with yoghurt, spread on fresh bread or include in sweet or savoury sauces and discover the decadent subtlety of its flavour.
